Starting Monday, April 12th, American Asphalt will be completing a series of pavement projects in the Town of Rome.  The asphaltic pavement projects will start on Fiesta Drive and move around the Town of Rom including the following streets-Akron Drive, Archer Lane, Bromley Way, Bromley Court, Lions Tail, Pine Drive and Oak Drive.  Weather permit

With exterior masonry work set to begin in the next week, the new addition to the County Court House is on track for an early August completion date, it was reported at the April 8 Ad Hoc Building Committee meeting.

At approximately 11:55 p.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021, deputies responded to a report of a bond violation/domestic abuse incident in the 1800 block of Eagle Ct, in the Town of Quincy. 

Facing eight counts of burglary in Adams County, Daniel Schafer appeared in Adams County Court on Mar. 23. Schafer had already been sentenced to seven years in prison for multiple burglary charges in Waushara County, and to five years in prison in Portage County for similar charges.

Jacob Czerkas, age 43, of New Haven, appeared in Adams County Court on Mar. 17 facing charges of battery, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

Several amendments to the new ATV/UTV ordinance were considered at the Highway Committee meeting on Mar. 11 ahead of the expected final consideration of the measure at the upcoming County Board of Supervisors meeting on Mar. 16.

The Department of Workforce Development (DWD) is launching an interactive directory of services to connect Wisconsinites with workforce programs in their area. DWD works with partners across the state to offer critical services like career training and job search assistance.
