At approximately 7:12pm on June 18, 2021, the Rome Police Department responded to Lake Petenwell for a report of a missing 70-year-old male.

Leighton Brazwell, age 51, of new Chester, was charged with multiple counts of misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct, bail jumping and criminal damage to property when he appeared in Adams County Court on June 9.
On August 23, 2019, Adams County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call about a fight taking place in New Chester. 

Faron Geller, age 43, of Easton, appeared in Adams County Court facing two counts, including battery and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors, on June 8. He had originally been charged with a felony for child abuse.

Karl Spencer, age 50, of Friendship, appeared in Adams County Court on June 2 facing five counts, including two Class G felonies, second degree reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm while a felon, and three misdemeanors: carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a handgun where alcohol is sold, and disorderly conduct.

Patrick Letsom, age 49, of Adams, appeared in Adams County Court on June 2 for failing to report his address to sex offender registry in the State of Idaho. The last time he reported his address was February of 2019.

Ian Southall, age 27, of De Forest, appeared in Adams County Court on May 5 facing multiple charges including, two counts of disorderly conduct, battery, and criminal damage to property.
