Michael Whalen III, age 40, of Arkdale was brought before Adams County Court on Aug. 17 facing three charges including maintaining a drug-trafficking place, possession of THC as a second offence, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His first conviction for THC possession was in 2001 in Rock County.
