Fred Pickens of Oxford made his initial appearance in Adams County Circuit Court on March 22, 2022.  The judge read the three charges filed against him:  Operating a Firearm While Intoxicated; Using a Computer Message to Threaten Harm or Injury; and Disorderly Conduct.  The first carries a possible maximum sentence of 9 months in jail or up to a
