Michael Pieper, age 34, of Adams, was brought before the Adams County Court on Sept. 29 on battery and bail jumping charges while being on probation for 2018-related drug and bail jumping charges. In 2018 he had been sentenced for several bail jumping charges and for possession of methamphetamine.
