Gene Becker, age 64, of Quincy, was sentenced on March 8 for firing a shotgun at a passing vehicle claiming the driver and passengers were driving at “excessive speeds.” Becker was charged with second degree recklessly endangering safety with a maximum fine of $25,000 and ten years in prison.

Jacob Sinnen, age 30, from Wisconsin Rapids was sentenced to jail in Adams County Court on March 2 for speeding and evading law enforcement in two counites. Sinnen was already sentenced to 40 days in Wood County Jail on February 11 for the same charge.
