Viterbo University 
Seven hundred thirty five students have been named to the Viterbo University 2021 spring semester dean’s list.

Summer School Breakfast and Lunch Menu for Session 2 held July 12th through July 30th.  
Breakfast is Grab & Go to the classrooms.  Lunch is ordered by the teacher in the morning and delivered to the rooms.

The 2nd Annual Alex C. Dove Foundation Fundraiser for the Dove’s Nest was held on Saturday May 15th in the Town of Rome. More than 1000 people attended the event.  There were 40 volunteers who helped make it spectacular!

The Annual A-F Snack Pack Golf Outing was held on Sunday May 16th at Moundview Golf Course.  This 4 person scramble is a successful fundraiser for A-F Snack Pack.  A-F Snack Pack is a program that provides snacks to Adams Friendship Area School District students that can last over a hunger-filled weekend.

Stephanie Strzempa and Joshua Madsen of Arkdale are the parents of a baby girl, Aubree Rain Madsen, born June 8 at Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.  She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 20 inches.  Paternal grandfather is Tim Madsen of Adams, WI.

University of Wisconsin Oshkosh officials have announced students who qualified for the Dean’s List and Honor Roll in spring 2021 across its three campuses (Fond du Lac, Fox Cities and Oshkosh).

Haley and Mike Moore of Necedah are the parents of a baby girl, Memphis Crystal Moore, born June 4 at Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.  She weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounce and measured 18 ½ inches.  Maternal grandparents are Joann and Thomas Malone of Necedah.  Paternal grandparents are Susan and Robert Moore of Chicago, IL.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services released new information about the newest variant of concern, variant B.1.617.2, also known as the Delta variant. Following the CDC’s recent classification update on June 14, DHS will begin reporting current case counts that are updated weekly, starting tomorrow, June 17.

Sarah Kasten and Ezekiel Couper of Wisconsin Dells are the parents of a baby boy, Michael David Couper, born May 25 at Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.  He weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounce and measured 20 inches.  Maternal grandmother is Nancy Riley of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin.  Paternal grandfather is David Couper of Blue Mound, Wisconsin.
