A Community Picnic and BBQ sponsored by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Passion Community Church New Chester Campus was held on Saturday September 11 in Oxford to bring awareness to the challenges of mental health.   

South Burr Oak United Methodist Church was awarded $1,699 to purchase an AED for their congregation. Funds were awarded from Adams-Columbia Electric Cooperative’s Operation Round-Up program.

or several years, Trinity Lutheran Church in Adams and Zion Lutheran Church in Big Flats have been relying on supply pastors and conducting lay services as they search for a new pastor for the two-point parish. Rev. Gloria Stubitsch, has been one of the pastors walking with the churches through this time of transition.

The 33rd Annual Easton-White Creek Lions Chic-Nic will be held on Sunday September 5 at the Easton-White Creek Lions Park located on County Highway H, just off Highway 13 between Adams and Wisconsin Dells. The E-W Lions Park has a playground, shelter, and generous parking. No dogs are allowed. 

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) has launched a new data webpage, COVID-19 Illness After Vaccination, which includes a visualization showing the rate of COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations, and deaths per 100,000 among individuals who are fully vaccinated versus individuals who are not fully vaccinated.

Library hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m., Tuesday 9:00a.m.-7:00p.m., and Thursday 1:00p.m.-7:00p.m. Saturday 10:00-2:00. Curbside/walkup service also available. Social distancing is suggested and face masks are optional.
