Christopher Engel, age 43, of New Lisbon, appeared in Adams County Court on Aug. 4 facing three drug-related charges including possession of THC, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture. Compound, convert, or store methamphetamine, a Class H felony.
