The Adams County Board of Supervisors approved the appointment of Cynthia Haggard as the new County Manager/Administrative Coordinator at its Apr. 20 regular meeting. The vote was unanimous. The position became open when, last fall, County Manager Casey Bradley announced his resignation and intent to work for the City of Baraboo.
