On November 3, 2021, the Adams County Drug-Free Task Force presented a “Let’s Talk Drugs: Top 5 Questions” online using Zoom. This presentation was a follow-up from a live presentation given earlier on November 3 at the high school; it will also be given for middle-school students soon.
Dalton Utz, age 23, of Waterloo, appeared before a jury in Adams County Court on Oct. 21 facing charges of second-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor battery for actions that took place in June of 2019.
Spencer Rogers, age 34, of Hancock, appeared in Adams County Court last week facing charges of resisting arrest and for driving under the influence of alcohol as a fourth offense. His previous OWI’s were in 2006, 2007, and 2016.
Michael Ueck, age 47, of Sun Prairie, appeared in Adams County Court facing multiple charges including battery, bail jumping, and his third and fourth OWI’s. In July of 2020, Ueck pleaded no contest to charges of battery, disorderly conduct, and three felony bail jumping charges and had been on probation for three years.
Buckie Rehwinkle, age 46, of Plainfield, appeared in Adams County Court on Oct. 20 facing charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, and possession of THC.
Korey Harvey, age 58, of Grand Marsh, appeared in Adams County Court on Oct. 13 facing charges for his second OWI, operating a vehicle with a revoked license, and for failing to install an ignition interlock device. His first OWI was in June of 2020.

Stephen Manley, age 48, of Reedsburg, appeared in Adams County Court on Oct. 12 facing charges of burglary, possession of methamphetamine, carrying a concealed weapon and criminal damage to property. Manley had already served 10 years in state prison for committing homicide with the intoxicated use of a vehicle in Sauk County in 1994.

Jonathon Fischer, age 31, of the Town of Jackson, appeared in Adams County Court on Oct. 6 facing charges of battery, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
On July 24, 2020, Adams County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to domestic disturbance call in the Town of Jackson.
