David R. Cochrane was born on February 13,1923 to Eleanor Vorel and William Cochrane of Adams Co. David passed away on September 4,2021 at the Tomah v.a. due to natural causes. 
David grew up in Adam’s County. He was drafted to the U.s. Navy in 1943 where he served until 1946.

Kathleen June Cappel, age 70 of Arkdale joined the love of her life Jon Cappel in the arms of her lord on September 22, 2021.  Kathy was born in DeKalb, IL on December 11th, 1950, to Edwin and Audrey (Roberts) Reichhoff.  She graduated from Westfield High School in 1969 and married Jon Cappel on September 30th 1972.  Jon preceded Kathy in death
