Connie Sue Allard, 63, of Platteville, formerly of Adams, Wisconsin, died on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Agrace Hospice, Fitchburg. Memorial services will be at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Burial will be at Mt. Repose Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m.
