New Recycling Center opens

Earlier this month, the new Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), or “recycling center” to most of us, had its soft opening.  After months of delay, the new facility, when at full capacity, will be able to triple the current output of our recycled content. In 2020, almost 2,500 tons of glass, aluminum, plastic, and cardboard were processed.
